This policy explains how Ryafr Private Limited handles information when you visit ryafr.com, sign up for RYAFR, or connect your advertising accounts to the autopilot engine.

It is written specifically for a product that acts on your ad accounts. Because RYAFR takes autonomous actions on your behalf, we are deliberate about what we access, why we access it, and what we do not do with it.

When you sign up or contact us, you provide details such as your name, work email, company, role and a description of what you want autopilot to run. We use this to create and support your account and to respond to you.

We do not ask for a phone number, and we do not require personal information beyond what is needed to set up and run your account.

When you connect a platform such as Meta Ads or Google Ads, RYAFR accesses the campaign, budget, bidding and performance data needed to launch, optimise and report on your advertising.

This access is scoped to the accounts you connect and is used only to operate autopilot for you:

• To understand account structure and performance before acting
• To launch, adjust and refresh campaigns within your guardrails
• To produce the action log that records what autopilot did and why

We do not sell your advertising data, and we do not use one customer's account data to make decisions on another customer's account.

We use the information we hold to operate the autopilot engine, create and secure your account, respond to your messages, and improve the reliability of the product.

Autonomous actions are always constrained by the guardrails you set. The data we process is in service of those actions and the log that explains them.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Platform access tokens are not stored in plain text, and access is scoped to the specific accounts you connect.

You can revoke RYAFR's access from your advertising platform at any time, which stops autopilot from taking further action on that account.

We share data with the advertising platforms you connect - that is how autopilot acts on your behalf - and with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties for their own purposes.

We keep account and action-log data for as long as your account is active, so your decision history stays available to you. When you close your account, we remove or de-identify data we no longer need to retain for legitimate or legal reasons.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data.

You control the connection to each ad platform and can disconnect it whenever you choose.
